Saints Concrete Asphalt Paving was founded by two proud Haitian-Americans Josue and Greg Saint-Juste, a U.S. Air Force veteran who turned military discipline and a passion into a mission-driven paving company.
SCAP is more than a paving business. It’s a purpose-driven, veteran-owned company that believes in honest work, helping people, and transforming communities. We are headquartered in Port St. Lucie, Florida and proudly serving the Treasure Coast, South Florida, and across the state.
Backed by over a decade of experience as a Pavement & Equipment Operator in the United States Air Force, we served in support of U.S. national security to include critical infrastructures, such as military bases, including projects tied to Air Force One.
Like many first-generation entrepreneurs, they built Saints from the ground up — without generational wealth or corporate funding — relying instead on grit, late nights, and relentless commitment to excellence.
